Pricing
Your plan is a monthly pot of credits. Credits track what a message really costs to carry, so you pay for what you use rather than an average of what everybody else does.
FullMost popular
£8.99/month
Choose this if your work lives in Slack.
- 6,700 credits a month
- In the UK that is roughly 186 messages pushed to you, plus 20 replies and 15 minutes of calling in.
- Every command, and calling in
- Long messages summarised to fit a text
What a credit buys
A text to a UK number costs us about five times one to a US number, so credits price them differently instead of averaging the two. Nothing here is marked up by country — the same margin applies to every line.
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Text to a UK number | 35 |
| Text to a US number | 7 |
| Inbound text (your replies and commands) | 8 |
| Voice call, per minute | 2 |
| AI summary of a long message | 3 |
What uses credits
Draws on your credits
- Message alerts we push to you — the largest share, by a long way
- Inbox lists you asked for with *i, and full threads from *d
- Replies and commands you text in, at 8 credits each
- Calling in, at 2 credits a minute
- AI summaries on the Full plan, at 1–3 credits a message
- One text is one standard SMS of 160 characters. A long message runs to two, and costs two texts' worth.
Costs you nothing
- Muting a channel, pausing everything, changing plan
- Account notices from us — the 80% warning and any billing message never draw on your credits
- Running out: we text you at 80%, then the service stops until your month renews — or turn on overage in your dashboard to keep going at 0.13p per extra credit.
Texts you send are charged by your own phone plan, exactly as any other text would be. That part is between you and your carrier.
